You will need our account ID to start to make a payment.

We can accept payments in cash or directly into the bank by way of the Faster Payments Service (FPS) or BACs using the invoice reference that we provide you with when paying this way. Debit/Credit card payments are paid securely at this website through our card processor Payatrader. Also, for your convenience and security we are a certified partner with SumUp and the driver now carries a SumUp Air, chip/pin and FCN debit/credit card reader. This means that you don’t have to be concerned about making on site cash payments and you can choose to receive a receipt for your payment straightaway either by SMS or email.

Whichever way you choose to pay when using a debit/credit card, you can rest assured that all payments are fully secured with top level SSL encryption. Payments by card at this website are made through www.payatrader.com or they can be made from your mobile phone at www.paya.mobi using the Call A Van Account ID as shown below. Before making a payment through Payatrader we will provide you with your own unique invoice reference for making that payment as well. When paying through Payatrader or SumUp we do not receive your card details, only the payment for your job.

If you prefer you can also pay us by calling the Payatrader 24/7 Contact Centre on 0333 123 1243 along with the Call A Van ID and your customer invoice reference.
